TDT SALAD SERIES 🥗✨ December: Christmas Wedge Salad There’s so much going on around the holidays & especially with cooking, so why not keep it simple for the last month of salad series!! I’ve never made a wedge salad before but this combo is so fresh, easy to assemble & pairs well with all entrees! ☺️ Lemon garlic tahini dressing: 6 tbsp tahini 3 tbsp lemon juice 2 tbsp hot water 1 tbsp honey 1 tsp lemon zest 2 garlic cloves grated 1/4 tsp salt & pepper (more to taste) 1/8 tsp cumin 1 large head of iceberg lettuce, rinsed & pat dry, cut into 8 wedges Pomegranate seeds Pistachios, chopped Chives / green onion, chopped Fresh black pepper Optional: feta cheese First make the dressing by adding all ingredients to a mason jar & shake well with a lid on until combined. Add more hot water if it needs to be thinner out more. Taste & adjust any salt/pepper if needed, set aside. On a large serving plate, arrange wedges of lettuce. Season lightly with salt and pepper.
