Ran the 5K at FoxSports with my fellow metal knee club member alexi_lalas and hundreds of amazing coworkers. It was a powerful reminder of the sacrifices made by our Veterans—both those still with us and those who are no longer here. Honoring their bravery, service, and dedication while raising awareness and funds to support those who’ve protected our freedom. Forever grateful… except to the 16 and 18 year olds that left me in the dust during the race… I’m coming for you next year. 🇺🇸💙 #veterans #HonorUsVets usvetsnational
