#NorthMinneapolis represents 20% of our city’s population. How many times have you been there? Speaking as a white dude who grew up on Uptown #Minneapolis: I’ve been precisely no times. It may as well be Siberia. This is not a brag - just an upsetting realisation of how internalised racism and segregation have influenced my behaviour.
