God I love this city. Walking through Chinatown I spotted a woman dancing to loud dance music surrounded my lights shouting "FREE DUMPLING AND FREE ROSÉ!" It's the #fomofridays initiative by #CityOfMelbourne to encourage city workers to stay in the city after work. Can we have our Most Livable City award back now please?
