My metabolism was so messed up from constantly trying to cut, and my hormones were out of wack. I pulled out of nationals last year and let my body heal. I stopped tracking for 9 months, and now I sit below the weight class I was trying to cut into. My body is now regulated and I am able to intuitively eat while incorporating a primarily Whole Foods diet into my daily life.
