This morning I tweaked my back and couldn’t walk afterward. Just like that, everything shifted. All my plans, my momentum, my to-do list… gone. It’s not glamorous, but it’s human. Social media doesn’t usually show these setbacks. We post the wins, the smiles, the strong moments. But today, I felt weak. And that’s real too. Life has a funny way of forcing you to slow down, especially when you least expect it.
