Last weekend LiFEsports hosted our first CrossFit clinic at CrossFit Clintonville.! After a few warm-up activities, our youth worked on some fundamental CrossFit move and learned about the importance of nutrition in their fitness journey! Special thanks to Neal Davis, our former summer camp staff member, and Patrick Woods, the owner of CrossFit Clintonville, for making this clinic possible!
