A little fitness update 🙂 Workout below 👇🏼 I was planning to do team semis next weekend but those plans have changed. CrossFit will always hold a place in my heart, it just looks a lil different than it used too. I was thinking this could be a year I step back on the comp floor but as of now it’s not and I’m good with that. My current weekly training split is 3-4 days of functional or reg bodybuilding, 10k steps a day, 1 CrossFit class if I’m feeling it, and 1 hot yoga class. It’s taken me a while to step away from CrossFit training and find other ways to keep up strength, aesthetics, and fitness in a way that my body responds well too. I’ve definitely found that grove. Stepping away a from a competitive sport is hard, especially one like CrossFit that is all consuming. I’ve learned a lot from this over the last few years and my biggest take away - You’re allowed to be more than just one version of yourself.
