Meet Jazz 👋 an Acting PSO Sergeant currently stationed out at Transit East, Nunawading.⁣ ⁣ Having worked with Victoria Police for six years, Jazz’s greatest passion is working outdoors within the community, helping where he can to ensure people feel safe.⁣ ⁣ He’s also not shy when it comes to wearing many hats. From PSO and Beagle owner, to one he wears most proudly - LGBTIQA+ Liaison Officer (or as we like to call it, an LLO!).⁣ ⁣ Jazz believes that being the voice for underrepresented communities is extremely important, as it shows the community that “there are allies in roles of community service that represent the values of all people”.⁣ ⁣ He loves that the LLO role allows him to organise and participate in community engagement events with local communities, such as the Rainbow Ball and IDAHOBIT - events that help to re-enforce the ever-growing ties between the LGBTIQA+ community and Victoria Police.⁣ ⁣ When asked who his biggest inspiration was, he's quick to respond with Blake, ...
