☝🏼Do you base break?! - by kristen_o_beauty 💪🏼 Here’s a step by step on how I like to add a Base Breaker to a full highlight client! ✨Begin with the full highlight- I’m using #BLONDME Bond Enforcing Lightener ✨Towel Dry the hair & apply the Base Breaker to the first 1-3” from the root - you can use 7vol. Or 20vol.
