The City of Tuscaloosa's annual Celebration on the River featuring family-friendly fun, patriotic music and, of course, tons of fireworks is returning to Mercedes-Benz Amphitheater on the bank of the Black Warrior River July 4. The event, happening from 6 to 9 p.m. and being emceed by WVUA 23 Sports Director Gary Harris, is free and open to the public.
