“I found my home at Delta Zeta when I realized I wasn’t just another potential new member but, I was Abby. It was Philanthropy night when I was walking out of Delta Zeta and the president looked me in the eye and told me “Bye Abby!” I had not talked to her before but I felt as though she knew who I was on a personal level. The same is for the conversations I would have throughout the recruitment process at Delta Zeta. The conversations were easy and genuine with any girl I spoke to. I genuinely had things in common with these girls which I never had with people in high school. I am a very introverted person so speaking to strangers was a little bit of a learning curve for me, but Delta Zeta made it easy for me to be authentically myself. ⠀
