Garden to table. Eggplants (yes, I am still harvesting eggplants!) with lemon, honey, and mint from the garden. Plus tahini, olive oil, and tapenade from the pantry. This recipe is from @chefjeremyfox “on vegetables.” Most recipes in the cookbook are intimidating to say the least— but this one kind of just came together naturally from what was presently available in the garden and pantry.
