If you’re looking for an easy, meal-prep friendly breakfast, these Protein-Packed Overnight Oats will be your new go to 👌🏼 I eat these for breakfast every single morning and they’re delicious, filling, plus they take less than 10 minutes to meal prep for the week. The perfect healthy breakfast! Ingredients per serving: 1/3 cup rolled oats 1 tablespoon chia seeds 1 tablespoon hemp seeds 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon 1/8 teaspoon kosher salt 1/2 scoop protein powder, I use Ritual Essential Protein (optional) 2/3 cup almond milk Sliced strawberries or fruit of choice to serve Honey drizzle to serve Instructions: In a small jar with a lid, combine the rolled oats, chia seeds, hemp seeds, cinnamon, salt and protein powder. Add the milk and stir to combine. It should be runny and slightly liquidy in consistency. If it seems too thick, add 1/4 cup more milk.
