CELERY ROOT HARVEST 🔐 growing celery was kind of an accident for me —> about a year ago I mixed up my fennel and celery seedlings and ended up planting celery all around the yard, by accident! I’ve harvest some celery stalks here and there but they have made great natural hedges against pests. They made beautiful flowers and then they set seed. They continued to grow so tall that they were blocking the sun from my eggplant seedlings. Today, I decided to harvest the roots for soup and use the clippings in the compost and as a mulch. Swipe to see how I prepped the roots for a DELICIOUS soup 😊🙏🏻‼️ #garden #gardentotable #epicgardening #celery # gardening
