Paramount Pictures and Doug Liman are taking a stand. #TheStand, as a matter of fact. The studio and the filmmaker are teaming up to adapt Stephen King’s magnum opus. Liman is attached to direct the feature and will produce along with Tyler Thompson of Cross Creek Pictures. ⁠ ⁠ The project will now head to writers to pen an adaptation of what is King’s longest work, with a page count of 1,152.
