📣 PROMOTION ALERT → Madison Ratchford Named Lead Junior Coach We’re excited to announce that Madison Ratchford has officially been promoted to Lead Junior Coach at Lax On Elite! A proud alumna of our program, Madison has spent the last three years under the mentorship of Co-Directors Vanessa Windsor and Jessica Scott. This summer, she’ll be co-coaching our 2030 team before stepping into a head coaching role for the 2025–2026 season. Madison’s promotion comes with a resume that speaks for itself—both as a coach and a player.
