This iced recipe brings a tangy cherry sweetness and a refreshing sparkle to the almond biscuity notes of our AMARETTI DECAFFEINATO. Over ice and oh-so-easy-to-drink, here’s the all-day coffee cooler to see you through to the end of summer.
What you’ll need:
4 Nespresso Ice Cubes
60ml Sparking Water
5ml Cherry Monin Syrup
1 Amaretti Decaffeinato capsule
3 Amarena Cherry
How to make it:
1) In a small Barista Mixologist Glass put 3 Nespresso ice cubes and add 5ml of Cherry syrup.
2) Pour 60ml of Sparkling Water.
3) In a Barista device, extract 40ml of AMARETTI DECAFFEINATO. Add 1 ice cube, close the lid, choose the “Iced Nitro” recipe and press the start button.
4) Gently pour the Iced Nitro coffee into the glass over the mixture.
5) Add 3 Amarena cherries on stick on top.
