Become so comfortable being uncomfortable that being comfortable makes you uncomfortable!🗣️ (read that again) - In the Marine Corps I was taught that discomfort breeds growth. With that being said I ask myself.. 🙋🏽‍♂️ - “when was the last time you did something that brought you discomfort?” 👀 - I have to remind myself it’s okay to be uncomfortable.
