In honor of Alzheimer’s Awareness Month, we’re spotlighting Gold Award Girl Scout Kyla Kuo and her project, “Conversation Starter Cards for People Living with Alzheimer’s Disease and Their Care Partners.” 💜 Inspired by her grandmother Lucy, Kyla created the Heart to Heart conversation cards—thoughtful prompts designed to spark meaningful dialogue and connection between people living with Alzheimer’s and those who care for them. In partnership with alzheimerssd, Kyla’s cards have become a valued tool for families, volunteers, and care teams.
