It’s been 10 years since I jumped into the world of interior design, here’s more of my story: 1) In 2015, I went back to school to study design and kitchen & bath renovation. I started working in the field at the same time with internships at excellent firms like nateberkusassociates and katemarkerinteriors 2) I launched a blog around the same time. My content focus was featuring incredible designers and makers in Chicago. In 2017, the Design Influencers Conference awarded me with “Best Blog Writing.” This is really when things started taking off, and after my first child was born I opened our Chicago office. 3) I have been married for 12 years and we have two amazing kids 💛 4) In 2023, we moved from Chicago to the Northshore (where I grew up). We are currently undergoing a major renovation to our 1920s Mediterranean style home.
