Challenge: How many calories can you get in a 60 second all-out sprint on the bike?
✅ This is absolutely a max effort challenge, do not phone it in!
✅ The first 30 seconds won’t seem so bad, you’ll build up some confidence as you watch the calorie counter rise
✅ Soon after you cross the 30 second mark is where it starts to get tough and you’ll start thinking of quitting. Do NOT slow down!
✅ The last 10 seconds feels like 10 days! Don’t watch the clock, keep going!
✅ Pro Tip: It helps to have someone yelling at you the whole time 😂
