A fierce battle broke out at the front of the field in Eibach GLTC Race 1 at Mid-Ohio - with Eric Kutil stealing the lead from Eric Magnussen on the first lap. After a six-car fight for the lead, Emile Tabb IV took the lead in a brand new build for the series. A full course yellow for the stopped #95 of Robbie Vierhout restacked the field for a one lap shootout.
