"Brentford want Tottenham to pay about £10million to release Thomas Frank from his contract, which expires in 2027, and informal discussions between the clubs have already occurred. Some details are still to be agreed, including who follows Frank to Spurs, as he hopes to take at least two members of staff with him.
"Claus Norgaard, who previously worked with Denmark’s youth teams, and Justin Cochrane, who coached in Tottenham’s academy for nearly ten years, are among Frank’s assistants, while Keith Andrews has been his set piece coach at Brentford since last year.
"Johan Lange, Tottenham’s technical director who previously worked with Frank at the Danish club Lyngby, has been leading the search for Postecoglou’s successor, and Frank is well-liked by the chairman Daniel Levy.
