🔵⚪️❤️ Alexander Zharovsky! Usually I don’t get too carried away with prospect highlight reels, but even Ivan Demidov is buzzing about this kid (they are in the same agency). At 6’1” and 163 lbs, Zharovsky posted 24 goals and 26 assists (50 points) in just 45 games for Tolpar Ufa in Russia’s MHL last season. This kid had moves and can create a lot of turnovers. The Canadiens wanted him so badly, they traded up from #41 and #49 (plus #189) to #34 overall, to get him. They clearly see something special in him!
