Valley, today it was amazing to see that no matter how hot it was outside, the community came through in a very, very major way to help our neighbors stay hydrated as we get through this Arizona summer. Temperatures of 100° can be deadly, so the Phoenix Rescue Mission said, ‘Let’s go code red!’ The community showed up in a major way, bringing cases upon cases of water for the homeless. In return, they got hooked up with some special prizes and delicious food, courtesy of our familia at The Taco Spot. It was all smiles and community love, and a little sweat, but that’s okay because we’re sweating for the right reasons. Keep your ears to Power 98.3 for the next one.
