The Philadelphia Phillies will welcome a new member to their team. Tugger is a 10-week-old service dog-in-training. He’s named after former Phillie Tug McGraw. Once he’s finished with training, he’ll help support a veteran with a disability. Tugger will make his official major league debut on Tuesday before the Phillies take on the San Diego Padres.
