No one likes a balloon garland that moves dramatically any time a breeze blows by, so if you’re still using the figure 8 method of attaching your garlands to walls and backdrops, consider this method instead: Simply tie your 260 into a loop on your command hook. Then, just like you would use a hair tie, loop it around one of the balloons in your garland. I suggest adding another attachment point every 2-3 feet for maximum security. And BAM!
