Instead, we give out a different colour card... A Blue Card!⁠ ⁠ Our Blue Card is awarded to children who demonstrate fantastic sporting behaviours and positive human characteristics.⁠ ⁠ At the end of every session, we award one Blue Card to a child for demonstrating things like good teamwork, listening skills, or effort.⁠ ⁠ For us, it’s about recognising the positive, encouraging the right behaviours, and showing that the values of respect, effort, and kindness are just as important as scoring goals or winning matches.⁠ ⁠ Our Blue Card is a reminder to every child that their good actions matter, and they are valued not just for their skill, but for who they are as individuals.⁠ ⁠ At the Football Fun Factory, we celebrate sportsmanship, respect, and personal growth, ...
