🗣️ BUILD IN CHAT TIME during your sessions!⁠ ⁠ In my sessions, I actively encourage children to talk and communicate with their teammates, but I do it with intention.⁠ ⁠ I create space for this during drinks breaks and other natural pauses in the session. These moments are perfect for helping children build stronger relationships and develop important social skills in a relaxed, natural way.⁠ ⁠ It also reduces the amount of chatting during the main parts of the session.
