What I eat in a day with no tracking 🍴
I used to track absolutely everything I ate (down to the sauces). These days I’m trying to be less rigid and focus more on whole foods over processed ones. 🥗
I’ve lived with ibd for over 10 years (an incurable auto-immune disease), so being mindful about what I eat is non-negotiable! I try my best to keep it simple whilst trying to avoid food tasting too boring. 😬🤪
Even small shifts in your daily meal or snack choices can make a big difference & remember, eating well doesn’t have to be complicated ❤️
NB I drink herbal tea all throughout the day 🤤
