realmicah intro for "call me" video that i directed Watch the full video at youtu.be/J7sRzUkHQFY?si=C3k79oruOz-pgrfQ A new music video I directed for a talented, up-and-coming artist Micah McLaurin, who started out as a classically trained pianist from Juilliard, for his new bold single titled "Call Me" Because the song has such strong, liberating lyrics when it comes to sexuality and preferences, I wanted to create something that has a strong narrative as well as beautiful, cinematic quality visual that plays on contrast such as a grand, pristine white piano set inside a grungy public men restroom which metaphorically where heteronormative masculinity is defined, tested and policed. Our agency nowopentv also handled the creative process, production and post-production (editing, retouching, color-grading, CGI and VFX for forbidden garden scenes) from start to finish.
