I am thrilled to finally share with you my latest film for mindgamesfragrance Soulmate Collection Campaign ’23. It is my first dance-inspired film and i had so much fun making it. For this, I imagined it as an "entangled love story” told through dance movements, body language, and expressions (with the chess theme backdrop). So throughout the film, I want to have this push and pull dynamic, and moments of interaction and interlocking between 2 dancers, sometimes passionate, sometimes aggressive / mechanical and sometimes more tender. I also love the original score music we composed from scratch to encapsulate a nice balance between romantic melancholy and modern edge.
