Some may think it was weird but I couldn't listen to music without my headphones. I mean I could but not the way I wanted to. I'd read the credits top to bottom. I would sleep with my headphones on, walked around with extra batteries in the 90's, early 2000's lol. I would put my headphones on and sit with my eyes closed listening to every Brandy album to grasp and dissect each highhat, every adlib, run, snare, bgv, 808, humm you name it. You couldn't tell me I wasn't an A&R. Whitney Houston and Brandy are my forever one two.
