Stuck doing push ups on your knees and can’t quite get to your toes? THIS RIGHT HERE IS WHAT YOU NEED! It took me about a year of practice to get from push ups on my knees to doing them on my toes when I first started barre in 2016. But once I got it, I got it! Modifications are KEY to work your way up to the full thing and this is probably one of the best to help you transition to being able to do a few reps on your toes. πŸ‘‰πŸ½ Do as many reps as you can on your toes WITHOUT the band (even if just ONE rep) πŸ‘‰πŸ½ Then put on the band and finish out the rest of your set What exercise do you need help with next?!
