D E T A I L S :
👉🏼Complete 4-5 rounds of the following 4 exercises. Work through each round at a challenging pace, but not so fast that you risk losing your form.
Rest 90 seconds between rounds.
1️⃣ Pull ups (can be assisted)
🔥 10 reps
2️⃣ DB snatches
🔥 10 reps each arm
3️⃣ Toes to bar or hanging leg raises or v-ups
🔥 10 reps
4️⃣ Wall balls or DB thrusters
🔥 20 reps
This one hits everything - strength, power, lower body, upper body, core, conditioning... mental fortitude. Functional fitness at its finest. 👏🏼
