There are 5 strength workouts + 5 running workouts per week. It’s up to you whether or not you choose to run before or after your lift.
W O R K O U T D E E T S 👇
PART 1: Strengh training
1️⃣ Barbell back squats
✔️5 sets | 12, 10, 8, 6, 4 reps
Superset 1: Complete 3 rounds of the following 2 exercises. Rest 1 min after each round.
2️⃣ 10 burpee box jumps
3️⃣ 10 (each) DB step ups
Superset 2: Complete 3 rounds of the following 2 exercises. Rest 1 min after each round.
4️⃣ 20 double American KB swings
5️⃣ 10 sumo squats + 10 sumo deadlifts
6️⃣ 20 m sled pulls + 20m pushes
✔️ 3 sets | 3 reps
PART 2: Running
Zone 5 sprint intervals -
5 min warm up jog
* 3x60 sec sprint + 60 sec rest
* 3x45 sec sprint + 45 sec rest
* 3x30 sec sprint + 30 sec rest
