It’s up to you whether or not you choose to run before or after your lift. W O R K O U T D E E T S 👇 PART 1: Strengh training 1️⃣ Barbell back squats ✔️5 sets | 12, 10, 8, 6, 4 reps Superset 1: Complete 3 rounds of the following 2 exercises.
