Many of you have reached out asking to see a workout example. So, here is day 1 of the program for you to get a little taste.
There are 5 strength workouts + 5 running workouts per week. It’s up to you whether or not you choose to run before or after your lift.
PART 1:
1 mile time trial. 🔥
Afterwards, complete a 30 minute walk or recovery job in zone 1.
PART 2:
*add weight each set of each lift
1️⃣ DB walking lunges
✔️3 sets | 30 reps (15 each leg)
2️⃣ Barbell back squats
✔️ 3 sets | 10 reps
3️⃣ Barbell deadlifts
✔️ 3 sets | 10 reps
4️⃣ Superset: Complete 3 rounds of the given 2 exercises. Rest 60 seconds after you complete each round.
20 DB step ups + 10 box jumps
