2️⃣ Bicycle to single leg raise
🔥 10 reps (5 each side)
3️⃣ Elbow to knee crunch
🔥 10 reps (5 each side)
4️⃣ Knee to elbow crunch
🔥 10 reps (5 each side)
5️⃣Bicycles
🔥 20 reps (10 each side)
