Complete 3 rounds of the given circuit. Rest as needed between each exercise. This should not be done as fast as possible. Focus on form and try to increase your weights each round.
1️⃣ 10 pull ups
2️⃣ 10 dips
3️⃣ 10 knee + leg raises
4️⃣ 10 barbell bent over rows
5️⃣ 10 (each) DB bent over rows
6️⃣ 10 (each) DB triceps kickbacks
