2️⃣ BODYWEIGHT EXPLOSIVE SPLIT SQUATS
🔥 8 reps each leg

3️⃣ BARBELL BACK SQUATS
🔥 4 sets | 5 reps (add weight each set)
SUPERSET X 4 - complete the following 3 moves back to back with no rest between for 4 total rounds. Rest 90 secs between each round.
