Some of my favorite leg day warm up exercises include:
β’ 5-10 mins of light cardio. This can be done on a treadmill, bike, rower, or running outside
β’ lunge reaches
β’ leg swings
β’ open & close the gates
Of course, I also start each lift with a couple light sets before going straight to the heavy weights.
