Dominik Balla, a rising sophomore at Brown University, had an outstanding 2024 season, finishing with 28 goals, 11 assists, 37 ejections drawn, seven steals, and three blocks. This summer, Dominik isn’t taking on any internships with firms; instead, he’s assisting at his father’s company, applying the knowledge he’s gained at Brown. While gaining work experience, he is staying in shape for the upcoming season with daily gym and pool sessions. Over the past week and a half, Dominik visited Croatia, France, and Italy. In Croatia, he and teammates Goran and Mate watched the U20 World Championships, where they witnessed Coach Felix Mercado lead Team USA to a silver medal. They also had the opportunity to meet three-time Olympic Champion Tamas Molnar. After the long weekend, Dominik traveled to France and Italy with his parents to recharge and rest mentally and physically for the summer ahead.
