Today we’re packing backpacks at Walmart as part of our national Back to School initiative! Thanks to a generous grant from toyotausa, toyotalexusmoda dealers and Toyota manufacturing locations are partnering with The Salvation Army, local community organizations, and schools to provide 16,900 new backpacks filled with age-appropriate school supplies – and, in many cases, a $10 Walmart gift card.These backpacks will help students start the school year with confidence and the tools they need to succeed. This initiative is part of a long-standing partnership with Toyota and TL-MODA, which has now provided over $2 million in support for communities across the country.
