The point of this technique is, that by starting with the translation of target language ➡️ mother tongue, you will feel successful faster - the dopamine that gets released now will increase your optimism, motivation, and focus. When you go over to the hard part, mother tongue ➡️ target language, you’ll manage to translate faster cus you’ve basically already worked these words. Don’t forget to switch pages a few times in between, to make sure your brain really took in the information.
