The science behind egg donation is pretty incredible, and it’s one of the most misunderstood parts of the journey. One of the biggest misconceptions is that donors are “giving up” eggs they might need later. The truth is, the process simply helps mature a group of eggs that the body would have naturally discarded that month anyway.
