We focus on one key aspect: transferability.
If the positions you're training in don't show up in sport, life, or load-bearing movement… what's the point?
That's where pause isometrics come in ⤵️
🔹 Freeze mid-rep.
🔹 Assess control, position, and readiness.
🔹 Ask yourself questions like: Could I squat from here? Sprint? React?
If not, you're just hustling through dysfunction.
