Forest Friends Cake! 🐢🐛🐸🐞🍄Adorned with marzipan mushies, a turtle, snail, inchworms, and ladybugs! The cake is a moist pumpkin delight with a vanilla buttercream! I’ve always wanted to make a cake with a whole slew of forest buddies! This was so much fun! Here’s the recipe! 2 cups all purpose flour 2 cups sugar 1 1/3 cups oil (coconut, melted butter, walnut oil, vegetable, etc) 1 16-ounce can pumpkin ½ teaspoon salt 1 ½ teaspoon cinnamon 1 teaspoon nutmeg 1 teaspoon baking soda 2 3-ounce packages instant vanilla pudding mix 5 eggs (or 1 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce) Preheat oven to 350°. Grease and line five 6” cake pans. Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl, and mix thoroughly. Pour the batter into your cake pans evenly. Bake for roughly 30 minutes. Watch your cakes and once a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean you’ll know they’re ready.
