In the preview for the highlight match of week 3, we promised a show from Blazers and I Can All Stars. Did they deliver, or what? In a game that went to overtime and never saw either team draw ahead by more than two possessions, the stars put on a display of fireworks to rival any coming this Independence Day. The match started off chippy, with Blazers point guard Jerome Randle declaring it would be “a long day” for his opposite, Terrell Gomez. And while T-Go gave as good as he got, scoring 14 in the same (the second most for his team after Jordan Hamilton’s 24), Randle burned every defender they threw at him, ending the game with a game-high 27 points. Elsewhere, the 3rd week saw some big shakeups in landscape, as Reapers, Redemption, and Undisputed earned their first wins of the season, JIM and All In Elite took their first Ls, and Cheaters and Hometown Favorites joined Blazers in keeping their undefeated streaks alive.
