Ingredients: • ½ Ib Unsalted Butter(Softened) • 1 lb Fresh Strawberries • ½ cup Granulated Sugar • Pinch of salt • Zest of 1 Lemon Directions: 1. Preheat your oven to 400°F. 2. Combine strawberries and sugar. Place on a baking sheet and into the oven for 25 minutes or until the strawberries begin to brown and syrup forms on the pan. 3. Remove from the oven and allow the strawberries to cool. 4. Combine the butter, salt and lemon zest. Mix together with the strawberries in a bowl or use a blender. 5.
